for 3 persons
4 tomatoes blanched peeled cored and pulsed a bit in the blender
1/2 cucumber, finely diced
1 bell yellow and red peppers, finely diced
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
2 small garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1 slice of toast bread
Cayenne pepper, smoked paprika
Leave some pepper and cucumber over for the decoration. Blend everything very well. Check if some salt or pepper is missing.
Let it cool for several hours. If you like it crunchy make some croutons.

Nice. This looks like a fairly old school style with the dry bread.
but a very yummy one 😉 I didn’t use dry bread. It was a fresh piece of toast bread I added to it. It makes it a bit more smooth.
