white chocolate mousse with cardamom and vanilla

After I tried a cardamom ice cream this week, I thought, that a white chocolate mousse with cardamom would be really nice. This is version 1.0 of it. I will try some more ideas soon.

150 gr. white chocolate
250 ml cream
5-6 roasted cardamom (or use cardamom powder)
vanilla seeds from 1/2 vanilla pod

 

Melt the white chocolate with the cream, cardamom and vanilla seeds over a water bath. Let it cool over night in the fridge. Take out the cardamom. Beat the chocolate-cream mixture with an electric mixer on a low level only, so that a lot of air gets into the mousse.
