Spaghetti carbonara

A wonderful winter version of the famous Spaghetti carbonara. Easy to prepare and still simply yummy. Try it and let me know if you like it.

for 2 persons:
50 gr bacon
1 pear
2 teaspoons lemon juice
40 gr gorgonzola or similar cheese
2 tablespoons walnuts
200 gr spaghetti noodles
salt
100 ml cream
50 ml milk
2 eggs (Size M)
pepper

Cut the bacon in 1/2cm big squares. Cut the pear into 4 pieces and take out the core. Cut it into small squares and mix it with the lemon juice. Crumble the cheese in small pieces. Cut the waltnus in small pieces. Fry them in a pan without oil.

Cook the spaghetti noodles as described on the box.

Fry the bacon in a pan for 2-3 minutes and than add the pear for another 1-2 minutes. Mix cream, milk and eggs and season it with salt and pepper. Give half of the bacon-pear mix and half of the cheese to the milk-cream-egg mix. Toss the drained spaghetti into the cream mix. Decorade it with the the other half of the bacon-pear mix, the cheese and the walnuts.
