Strawberry time = jam time. I made already elderflower strawberry and grand marnier strawberry jams. Now I saw a recipe for a strawberry white cholate jam with walnuts. I can tell you it is simply yummy on a bread out of your own oven or from a very good baker.
500 g strawberries, prepared
250 g Jam sugar (2:1)
1 lemon, the juice only
75 g best white chocolate, chopped (I used the green & black’s one)
35 g walnuts, chopped and roasted
Mix strawberries, jam sugar and the lemon juice and let it rest for 2 hours.

Bring the mixture to boil and let it boil for approx 5 minutes, purée it and add now white chocolate and walnuts. Fill it into prepared jars. Add the cover and turn the jars around. Let them stend up side down for at least 5 minutes.
