something really wonderful. Who likes can add some white and milk chocolate or walnuts to it. I simply love them the way they are. As they are not too sweet they are going great with butter and nutella 😉
for 8 Schoggiweggli:
15 g fresh yeast
250 g flour
125 ml water
25-35 ml extra-virgin olive oil
20 g sugar
2 g salt
40 g dark chocolate – cut in peaces (I use green&blacks 70% dark chocolate)
Mix the ingredients until you have a nice smooth dough. Let the dough rise for 60 minutes. Divide the dough into 8 pieces and shape into balls.
Cover and let rise for 50-60 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake the Schoggiweggli for 12-15 minutes. Let them cool on a wire rack.
