I had an idea for a new microwave cup cake recipe in my head. Finally I made it and really love it.
1 Coffee Mug
4 tablespoons flour (that’s plain flour, not self-rising)
3-4 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons coconut flakes
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
2-3 tablespoons oil
4 Raffaellos (3 for in the dough and one for the top)
Add all wet ingredients in the mug. Mix well. Add step by step all dry ingredients and mix well.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts. The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don’t be alarmed!
Let it cool and put it onto a plate.
