for the pancakes (6-8)
1 and 1/3 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 egg
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/4 teaspoon vanilla sugar
2 tablespoon sugar
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 and 1/4 cups milk
1 apple (grated)
for the stewed mirabells
32 mirabells
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon Grand Marnier
1 teaspoon sugar
Mix the ingredients for the pancake together. Heat a skillet with a little bit of oil. Put the batter in small amounts with a ladle in the skillet. Cook the pancakes until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip the pancakes and cook the other side. Place them on a plate.
Remove the stones from the mirabells. Heat the butter in a skillet. Add the mirabells, sugar and the Grand Marnier. Let it cook for 5-10 Minutes.
Serve the pancakes with the stewed mirabells and enjoy it.
