Ich bin baff, so viele so tolle Baguette Rezepte! Insgesamt kamen 23 Rezepte aus vielen Ländern zusammen. Schön finde ich, dass sich doch einige das erste Mal an Baguettes gewagt haben. Hut ab! Nun kann jeder sich sein ultimatives Rezept aussuchen und munter weiter Baguettes backen. Ich habe schon ein paar Rezepte gefunden, die ich unbedingt ausprobieren will. Was bei mir zählt ist der Geschmack, das Aussehen spielt nur eine Nebenrolle.

Wow, I am so surprised about that many great Baguette recipes! 23 recipes from many countries. I really like it, that many of you made their first Baguettes. Well done! Now each of you can seletect their ultimate recipe and keep on baking Baguettes. I already found some recipes I want to try. What counts most for me is the taste, the shape is not that important.

Cinzia von Cindystar ist zur Zeit ein grosser Fan von den sogenannten ‘no knead breads’. So ist auch ihr Baguette ein ‘no knead’ Baguette.

Semiha von Semilicous ist mit ihrem Baguette nicht 100%ig zufrieden. Also von dem was ich da lese, muss es super geschmeckt haben und das zählt.

Manuel von Kochen mit Genuss hat sich schon mehrfach an Baguettes verschucht und extra für das Event ein rustikales Baguette gebacken.

Geri von Lecker mit Geri hat gleich zuerst ein Pain Paillasse und dann noch ein Kartoffelbaguette gebacken. Beide sehen sehr gut aus.

Anisja von La cucina di Anisja hat auch den Lievito madre für ihre Baguette verwendet. Das Baguette sieht pur und belegt zum Reinbeissen aus.
