I simply love this quick and easy cake. When I have an urgent need of something sweet, this cake is the best solution.
1 Coffee Mug
4 tablespoons flour (that’s plain flour, not self-rising)
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons baking cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
optional: 2 tablespoons walnuts (cut in small pieces)
Small splash of vanilla
Add all wet ingredients in the mug. Mix well. Add step by step all dry ingredients and mix well.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts. The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don’t be alarmed!
Let it cool and put it onto a plate.
serve it with custard or vanilla ice cream – yummy 🙂

Immer wenn ich diesen Kuchen mache, bin ich froh, dass ich eine Mikrowelle habe 🙂 Ansonsten verwende ich die kaum.

Ich muss mir wohl wieder eine Mikrowelle zulegen…klingt einfach zu einfach und zu gut um es nicht mal auszuprobieren.
Mmm werde mal in meinem Freundeskreis fragen ob da jemand noch eine Mikrowelle hat.
